What's on this site is general information about the services TendPress offers. It isn't tax, legal, accounting or audit advice, so please talk to a licensed professional about those.

The projects listed here are examples of work I can take on. They aren't a promise of any particular result.

Working together

Emailing me doesn't create a client relationship, and I can't guarantee I'll take on any particular project. Any work starts only once we've agreed on it in writing, and that agreement sets the terms for that work.

Using this site

• The words, logo and design on this site belong to TendPress. You're welcome to link to it, but please don't copy it or use the name in a way that suggests a connection that doesn't exist.
• Please don't try to disrupt the site or collect its content with automated tools.
• The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, TendPress isn't liable for losses that come from using it or relying on it.
• California law applies to these terms.
